ENQUIRE
Begin by completing the enquiry form on the contact page. This is an opportunity to share your plans, your ideas, and the overall feel you are drawn to.
From there, I will be in touch to gather any further details and begin shaping an understanding of your vision. You will also have the option to arrange a call, either in person or via video, if you would prefer to talk things through.
A FIRST LOOK
Following your enquiry, you will receive a tailored design board inspired by your ideas, along with an initial mock-up to begin bringing your stationery to life.
Alongside this, a selection of starting points will be shared, giving you a clear idea of investment and what is possible for your suite. You are welcome to take time to review, ask questions, and consider the direction that feels right for you.
There is no expectation to finalise every detail at this stage. The design will continue to evolve as we work together.
BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY
Once you are ready to move forward, your date can be secured with a signed contract and a 50% retainer.
From here, the design process begins. You will receive a welcome box, followed by a guided and collaborative approach, with sketches, proofs, and ongoing communication throughout.

A closer look at what is included within a bespoke suite, from initial ideas through to the final pieces in your hands.
A thoughtful beginning
You will receive a welcome box to begin the process, including a full sample kit of carefully selected materials. Inside, you will find a range of fine art papers, envelope colours, ribbon and wax samples, and examples of the print methods available, allowing you to experience the quality and detail first-hand.
Bespoke artwork and design
Each suite is shaped around your ideas, with the option to incorporate custom artwork such as venue illustrations, fine art details, monograms, or crests. Every element is developed to reflect your style and create something entirely personal.
Design and refinement
Your design begins with a clear creative direction, followed by a series of proofs as the work develops. You will be guided throughout, with space to review and refine each stage until everything feels aligned and complete.
Your invitation suite
Your suite includes a five-piece invitation set, comprising the main invitation, RSVP card, details card, RSVP envelope, and outer envelope. You will be guided on wording and etiquette, ensuring everything feels clear and appropriate. The details card can be tailored to your day, whether that includes a map, additional events, or something more personal.
Envelope addressing
Envelope addressing is fully taken care of, removing the need for you to handwrite each one. Your envelopes are designed to complement your suite, with guest addressing, return details, and RSVP envelope printing all included.
Assembly, delivery and keepsake
Each suite is carefully assembled and prepared for delivery. You may choose to collect from the studio, with the opportunity to see the press that brought your designs to life, or have everything posted to you, ready for stamping and sending.
You will also receive a keepsake suite, a complete set of your invitation finished with additional details and presented beautifully. This can be used for styling on your wedding day and kept as a lasting reminder of the work created.

Each piece is designed to sit naturally alongside your invitation suite, creating a cohesive and thoughtful finish. A separate proposal can be provided for these pieces as your plans take shape.
